Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sarah. I help clients break through obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am your co-pilot and together we will heal wounds and find the amazing person that has been you this whole time. Get in touch with me today to see what I can do for you.

My approach to therapy

I use a humanistic approach that emphasizes self-awareness and self-esteem while building a healthy internal world with rich and supportive relationships. We will explore the unconscious processes and how it is crucial in shaping experiences and quality of life. I believe every person possesses innate tools to overcome obstacles and gain insight into their lives with long-term results. The therapeutic relationship is vital to any client’s progress and is a privileged relationship.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away from sessions an understanding of healing your central nervous system, confidence, clarity, healing wounds, and obtaining joy.
