Great to meet you!

Hello,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping clients address trauma, relationship problems, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, body image issues and overall decreased satisfaction in life. My goal is to help clients find meaning and hope to overcome life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I tend to approach therapy in a way that honors each person's unique life story and their individual humanity. I want to help people see their inherent value and begin living in a way that honors this while challenging the self-destructive habits that we often develop. I seek to empower people to understand themselves and why they make the choices they do so they can begin living more purposefully and intentionally and overcome any mental health issues that they may experience. I am trained in numerous modalities to address specific issues and to use alternative methods such as music therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I want to learn about you and your struggles so we can find goals that fit with what you want to gain from therapy. I want to ensure that you feel supported and are able to open up and share your needs and desires.
