Great to meet you!

My name is Sarah Malone and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University with an additional certificate in Trauma Practice.

Most recent professional experience includes multiple years of medical oncology social work, working specifically with the adult population. In this role I provided emotional support and resource navigation to those navigating chronic illness and cancer.

Additional previous therapy experience with children (5+), adolescents, and adults with a focus on mental health.

My approach to therapy

My intention is to genuinely get to know my clients and create a safe environment to best support them. Our work together is judgement free and will be unique to each individual and their goals. I enjoy finding resources for my clients as well in the community that may benefit them. Hopefully we can have a few laughs along the way!

What you can expect from me

I enjoy getting to know my clients during our first session through conversation. Understanding client goals and/or challenges as well is extremely important to me. I am patient and ready to listen.
