Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field.

I have worked in many therapeutic settings, including medical and psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, outpatient, and community-based mental health services. I have experience working with all ages, specializing in adolescents and adults. LGBTQ+ affirming.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts in 2012.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space for you. I strongly feel that treatment should be collaborative and empowering. My work is trauma sensitive and rooted in mindfulness, attachment-based interventions and is solution focused. I take a holistic approach in identifying the complex relationships and environments that shape us. Using systems theory, I am here to help you better understand the reasons behind your challenges and choices.

What you can expect from me

I believe that mental and emotional health are equally as important as your physical health, and that attending to your mental health is essential for living a full life.
