Hello! I focus my practice on young adult and adult clients looking for positive change and growth in their mental health and overall wellbeing. In our sessions, I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, Systems Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and Trauma-Informed techniques.
