Great to meet you!

I believe in your innate ability to heal. I’ve found that this happens in relationships: to ourselves, to others, to our community, and to nature. I work to support people in reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been silenced, shamed, ignored, or forgotten.

I specialize in working with:

  • Trauma and intergenerational pain
  • Harm reduction therapy and integration
  • Substance dependence and addiction recovery
  • LGBTQIA2S+ mental health
  • Grief, Anxiety, Relationships, Life Transitions

My approach to therapy

I primarily use somatic and internal family systems approaches in therapy, as well as dialectical behavior therapy skill-building strategies.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions are typically different than the rest of therapy, but by the end, you should be feeling positive about our connection and hopeful about therapy helping you to move forward! In a first session, I will need to ask you a lot of questions to get an overview of your current life and what brings you to therapy. You can always say you don't want to talk about something yet, and tell me what you think is most important for me to know about you.
