Great to meet you!

I want clients to know that I’m human too—I understand that life can be messy and that change doesn’t happen overnight. My role is to listen, support, and help you find tools that actually work for your life. You don’t have to have it all figured out before coming in; we’ll figure things out together. I specialize in helping young athletes navigate the mental and emotional demands of competitive sports. My work focuses on building confidence, strengthening resilience, and supporting athletes as whole people — not just performers. I understand how pressure, expectations, and setbacks can impact both performance and well‐being, and I’m committed to creating a space where athletes feel understood, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and direct. I believe that growth happens when we can be real with ourselves, and I see my role as walking alongside you while offering both support and gentle challenge when it’s needed. I focus on creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and build on your strengths to help you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is all about getting to know you. I’ll ask questions to learn more about what’s bringing you in, what’s been working, and what feels challenging right now. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and see if it’s a good fit. I strive to create a comfortable and judgment-free space where you can be open and honest. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
