Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the weight of trauma? I work with teens and adults struggling with sudden life transitions, or chronic stress that leaves them feeling isolated and unsure of where to turn. You are highly capable, but current challenges—like family conflict, academic pressure, or career uncertainty—have left you feeling stuck. My clients want to manage their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build body positivity and self-acceptance to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, down-to-earth approach, blending tools like mindfulness & relational approaches to address immediate struggles and long-term behavioral change to fit each person’s needs. We'll identify patterns that keep you stuck, build practical skills, and use evidence-based models like Trauma-Focused therapy to foster personalized healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

As a current school social worker and a single mom whose own 18-year-old struggled with suicidal ideation, I get it—nothing shocks me. I bring this real-world perspective to therapy. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space to be truly honest. I am here to meet you with honesty and support. Let's start that journey together. :)
