Great to meet you!

It's been a tough last few years and we could all certainly use a check in with ourselves. Do you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost? Life has been tough with technology often overpowering everyday life, leaving people and families disconnected. I have over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services to families, and adults in multiple settings. This journey is about telling your story and to reconnect with your life. It's time to have healthier, stable relationships and feel good about who you are.

My approach to therapy

I have over 25 years of experience providing therapeutic services to families, and adults in multiple settings. I excel at partnering with teens, young adults, and individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce, ADHD, and mood disorders. I have a strong background using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
