Great to meet you!

Come as you are. I will meet you right where you're at and go from there. I intend to sit with you through what you bring to the space and support you through understanding, empathy, and perspective while we explore together. My experience over the last decade ranges from supporting young adults to adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, transition through life changes, relationship issues, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself eclectic and flexible with various strategies when it comes to care. I understand that some approaches may work while others may not. I adjust, navigate, and come up with creative ideas and solutions while also leaning on helpful skills from CBT, EFT, DBT, strength and resilience-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and get a general understanding of what brings you to the space. It is completely normal and valid to take time to feel nervous or unsure about what to talk about. Trust and rapport take time. I will be there every step of the way to guide and support you.
