Great to meet you!

Thanks for being here. My goal is to meet people with warmth, curiosity, and a holistic perspective that recognizes the many factors shaping our well-being.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I work with people throughout the lifespan as well as couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work integrates approaches such as EMDR, cognitive and somatic therapies, and solution-focused strategies. Faith or spiritual perspectives can also be incorporated when meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic, recognizing the connection between mind, body, relationships, and personal values. I support people as they process difficult experiences, build insight, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change. In couples therapy, we focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, deepening emotional intimacy, and creating stronger connection.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your story, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can support you moving forward. My aim is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences and begin working toward the changes that matter most to you.
