Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sarah! It's great to see you here--this is a big step, and isn't always easy. I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist, and specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life changes, or chronic medical conditions.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize making therapy a space where you feel safe and heard. I pull strategies from a variety of places depending on what you want to work on, but there is a focus on learning new skills and changing how we think. I believe therapy is best when it's a team approach, so you can expect us to have conversations together, and I will share input if you want me to.

What you can expect from me

We will work on helping you change how you handle mental health symptoms and emotions so that you can function and move forward in a way you feel good about. My goal is always to help you move your life in the direction you're looking for. I look forward to talking with you!
