Great to meet you!

As a seasoned professional who deeply understands the counseling process, I commend you for embarking on your counseling journey! I have been in practice for 15 years and see clients virtually, in my office in Centennial, and forthcomingly in nature. My speciality areas include life transitions, relationship issues, meaning-making, spiritual growth, life direction and discovering deeper purposes, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, identity development, and more. I am an empathic and energetic psychotherapist blending formal training in classic therapeutic modalities with philosophy, spiritual teachings, and original insights from my own spiritual practices.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is co-creative, not formulaic. Together we define, refining over time, what areas of self, life, or mental health need attention, awareness, development, and healing. I draw heavily from existential-humanistic approaches, transpersonal psychology, Jungian psychology, eastern wisdom traditions, as well as psychodynamic approaches. I utilize interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness extensively. During 2025, I underwent a kind of spiritual and professional renaissance, and am now training and repatterning, exploring how to synergize what is truly healing beyond standard clinical models (art, color, energy, restorative practices, conscious life design) to help my community more deeply heal, mend fragmentation, and really flourish. I am currently in the process of launching ecotherapy services training with the Mindful Ecotherapy Center based in Washington state.

What you can expect from me

Deeper self-understanding and awakened capacities that help you regulate emotions, resolve personal and relational issues, navigate life's complexities, and implement skills to increase life effectiveness and emotional stability. I am enjoying working with clients who are exploring their self-actualizing natures. I work with authors, artists, and those exploring creative and leisure activities in retirement. No matter your existing constraints, commitments, or stage-of-life, I enjoy finding ways clients can nurture and develop their core authentic selves.
