Great to meet you!

HI! I am Dr. Sarah! I have developed a career as an expert in child and family trauma, autism and ADHD. Regarding counseling, I see adults with anxiety, depression, and stress management concerns. I also provide parent child interaction therapy for families with children ages 0-5 years old.

I am an expert in developmental assessment and also provide diagnostic assessments for toddlers youth and adults to assess for ADHD and ASD diagnoses. I am opening availability for a few clients over the next few weeks and hope to work with you soon!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an open warm and upbeat approach to therapy. I am affirming and motivating. I like to focus on strengths and build from there. You are an expert of your life and I am here to help you thrive towards your goals more effectively.

I lean on my therapeutic expertise in supporting teens, young adults, and adults for more than 16 years, but I also utilize practical solutions to help patients move towards their goals more effectively.

My passion is working with parents and providing parent child interaction therapy which is a coaching based therapy for parents and their children ages 0-5 who are managing challenging behaviors and also behaviors that mimic adhd, autism, or disruptive behaviors such as tantrums, kicking and throwing.

What you can expect from our first session

I hold a small caseload to ensure quality therapy or coaching. I also promote a smaller load to provide balance for my personal wellness and balance within my other work in completing ADHD and Autism evaluations through my psychology practice. Overall clients can expect that they are able to take components of our session and apply them in various ways to promote their growth.
