Great to meet you!

With a background in pediatric nursing and experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’ve cared for patients across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. I work with clients across the lifespan and bring a compassionate, individualized approach to care, grounded in both clinical experience and a genuine commitment to helping each person feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

My clients often want a better understanding of what they’re experiencing, practical strategies to manage their symptoms, and a supportive partner along the way. I see medication as one important tool, but not the whole solution. Together, we’ll explore additional strategies that can support your mental health and overall well-being. I believe the best care comes from a collaborative, respectful relationship where you feel heard, understood, and involved in your treatment. While I may incorporate therapy-based techniques into our visits, medication management appointments are not a substitute for ongoing talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

I provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based medication management, and psychoeducation to empower clients in making informed decisions about their mental health. I utilize a shared-decision making approach, meaning we will be working as a team to help you meet your goals and develop a treatment plan that feels both effective and aligned with your individual needs.
