I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) with over seven years of experience supporting clients on their paths toward healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Buffalo State and completed my Master of Science degree in Creative Arts Therapy at Nazareth University.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and identity-related experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community. I integrate creative arts therapy with evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to provide a compassionate, client-centered space where people can explore their emotions, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether you’re hoping to process past experiences, strengthen coping skills, or reconnect with yourself in new ways, I strive to create an affirming and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
