Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families heal and grow. I provide individual therapy and as needed family sessions for existing clients; I do not accept couples therapy referrals at this time. My approach integrates trauma-informed and evidence-based methods, including EMDR, TF-CBT, and parent-child work to strengthen relationships and promote resilience. At Bending Willows Wellness, we believe in the power of flexibility and perseverance—helping clients “bend” rather than break through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel seen and valued. My approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive, helping you build healthy boundaries and stronger relationships. I like to bring humor into sessions when it fits, because laughter can make healing feel more natural. Together, we’ll work to understand your patterns with compassion and create lasting change that brings balance and peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. This helps me understand what’s most important to you and what you hope to gain. We’ll explore your current challenges and goals, and I’ll explain what sessions typically look like so you know what to expect moving forward.
