Great to meet you!

Pleasure Has No Binary. Let's Find Yours.

Therapy that celebrates every body, identity, and desire.

Montréal-born (bagel and poutine loyalties intact), Sarah is a queer, kink-involved Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Sex Therapist in Colorado and Oregon. They specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ folks healing from childhood sexual trauma, helping them reclaim empowerment and embodiment through kink, pleasure, and unapologetic authenticity. Sarah blends evidence-based approaches with deeply human-centered relating to create a therapy style that is playful, creative, curious, and intentionally disruptive. They affectionately describe it as a “Frankenstein’s monster” of therapy: stitched together from different frameworks, ideas, and interventions to fit the actual human sitting in front of them.

People are messy. Context matters. And no one fits neatly into a one-size-fits-all treatment model.

Sarah isn't interested in simply helping you manage the same patterns forever. Therapy is a place to get curious about what keeps those patterns alive, question the stories and strategies that no longer serve you, and experiment with doing things differently, all with compassion, humor, and a healthy willingness to challenge the status quo.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is less about checking boxes and more about getting a feel for each other. We'll talk about what brought you in, what’s feeling stuck, what you want to be different, and what you’ve already tried. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, and probably challenge a few assumptions along the way, but you’re never expected to have the “right” answers - there rarely ever are.

You can expect curiosity, honesty, humor, and a collaborative approach. We’ll start making sense of the patterns showing up in your life, including the ones that may have once helped you but aren't working so well anymore.

And we'll talk about what you want from therapy and whether I'm the right person to help you get there. Let’s make sure it’s one that can get you where you want to go.
