Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth therapy across Missouri for youth and adults. I’m trained in a wide range of evidence-based modalities with the goal of finding what works for every client I see.

I have specific competency training supporting queer and transgender individuals, neurodivergent clients and autism, disability support, trauma, and acute crisis—along with support for caregivers and families.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a collaborative, narrative approach. I am direct and casual in session and use a combination of training and experience to identify areas for support. My goal is that you have a positive overall experience in therapy, but real work is often uncomfortable in the moment. I hope that calling out the discomfort and using humor make the process a little more tolerable.

What you can expect from me

I like to let you share your idea of what is bringing you to therapy, possible root causes of any struggles, as well as goals you have. I appreciate hearing about any past experiences with therapy or what has worked and not worked in the past. I have a standardized intake interview for those who prefer it, but I find I get the best information when clients decide what feels important themselves.
