Great to meet you!

I have worked in many different settings and have experience with a wide range of issues. I think therapy should be a way for you to discover your own strengths, while gaining the ability to overcome obstacles and problem solve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and humor. My main goal is to form a therapeutic relationship with you in order to work on hard things and to be a support to you along your journey. I believe we are all fully capable of solving our own problems, and a little support from others can go a long way.

What you can expect from our first session

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. During your first session, I will complete a brief bio-psycho-social assessment to learn more about you and to create a treatment plan with you. With CBT, we will work together to connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop coping skills to make the changes you want.
