Great to meet you!

Mental health care can feel overwhelming, or lead to feeling stuck in patterns that don’t lead to lasting change. Many people aren’t sure where to begin, worry about whether treatment will actually help, or feel like something is missing from your current mental health treatment.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach and meet you exactly where you are—no pressure, no judgment. I focus on truly listening and understanding your unique experience, then work with you to create a treatment plan that feels manageable, realistic, and tailored to your goals. This may include thoughtful medication management, education, and ongoing support along the way.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very first visit. Together, we create a space where you can move forward at your own pace with more clarity, confidence, and hope.
