Great to meet you!

Hey there! I see you. You've been scrolling through therapist profiles wondering if counseling is right for you or if you'll find someone who will understand you. If you're looking for someone to help you make sense of your story, discover how your past is impacting you today, and figure out how to move forward, I'd love the opportunity to get to know you. My passion is for helping adults recover from traumatic experiences and move forward with greater awareness and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My specialization is in trauma recovery. I am skilled at helping people understand how the pain in their past has contributed to their current emotional or relational concerns. To this end, I use a variety of techniques to support healing and growth, drawing from modalities including EMDR, IFS, attachment theory, and somatic mindfulness. When desired by my clients, I also love integrating faith and spiritual care into the therapeutic process. My approach to therapy is holistic. You are a physical, relational, emotional, and spiritual being, so let's pay attention to all these factors.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm and inquisitive. I'll include practical skills where appropriate. But ultimately, I believe the best treatment is collaborative. You are unique. Your treatment needs to match your specific history, personality, and preference. Let's collaborate together to find your best path forward.
