Great to meet you!

I am direct, structured and supportive and have a strong committment to LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I specialize in helping individuals and families of all ages navigate anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, and transitions. For children, I create a safe, nurturing space where they can express and process emotions in healthy ways. With adults and adolescents, I focus on values and personal growth, working together to explore challenges, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we’ll build resilience, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose, aligning your life with what truly matters.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, adolescents and kids using EMDR and ACT to help clients develop healthier relationships with their thoughts and emotions, fostering positive change. With children, I focus on creating a safe space for them to express and process their feelings through play therapy and incorporate the families to strengthen their entire family system.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting acquainted. I'll ask what brought you in, a bit about your background, and what you're hoping changes. I won't push you to share more than you're ready for, but I also won't be passive. By the end you'll have a clear sense of how I work and whether my approach fits what you need. I offer a free 15-minute consultation before we begin if you'd like to ask questions first. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
