Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker, specializing in trauma, women's issues, stress management, and anxiety. I have spent much of my time working with mothers, young adults, and individuals of all ages experiencing the impacts of trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed approach and value each person's individual strengths and experiences throughout the process. My therapeutic style is nonjudgmental and caring. I focus on using the mind-body connection to help individuals become more mindful and compassionate towards themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you are working through life transitions, managing relationship issues, juggling multiple roles, developing your identity, or managing parenting stress, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My therapeutic style is nonjudgmental, caring, and open-minded. I help individuals develop deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance, heal from trauma, manage stress, set boundaries, and deepen relationships.
