Great to meet you!

My training is in mental health counseling and expressive arts therapy with a specialization in drama therapy. My clinical experiences include working with justice-impacted individuals, four years on a trauma & dissociative disorders inpatient unit, complemented by additional work on units specializing in depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, geriatric mental health, and a year working in a partial program. These settings validated my belief of acknowledging generational trauma.

My approach to therapy

I value collaboration, creativity, and nonjudgmental spaces, and I strive to bring these qualities into the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support individuals in building self-trust through psychoeducation, reflection, and recognizing that they always have choice.

What you can expect from me

My hope in the first session is to get a better understanding of what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. I will ask about your upbringing and what you feel like is impacting your life.
