Great to meet you!

Working with adults and seniors over the past 15 years, in inpatient settings, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual therapy, I am an empathetic ear and a believer that growth and change are always possible, no matter how lost we may feel. I have a Master's in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is an avenue to help explore what you are going through and can provide an experience that is supportive, empowering, will make a difference in your life. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating DBT, CBT, strengths-based therapy, and others. Working together, we can help to improve your mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being.

What you can expect from me

I believe that a therapeutic relationship begins with getting to know one another, so we can collaborate toward your specific goals. Thus, your first session will involve us getting to know each other. Then, through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), & strengths focused growth, we can work together to help reset your path and find your direction again.
