Great to meet you!

As an art therapist, I believe that creative expression can be a helpful tool in communication, and offers an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of our own experiences. I value interventions including somatic processing, IFS, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a novel short term therapy to facilitate rapid change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in relationship, and value the importance of establishing a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship to impart change.

What you can expect from me

Encouragement of self care and compassion, exploration of coping strategies, homework/journal prompts integrate our work into the week
