Great to meet you!

My commitment to hearing other people's stories and empowering them to make the changes they want has always been strong. I love the collaborative, empathetic, deep work that can happen in therapy, and I continue to learn and grow with my clients every day. In short, I feel I have the best job in the world.

My approach to therapy

One size doesn't fit all! I will tailor my approach based on your immediate needs and any long-term ones as well. We can focus on problem-solving, communication skills and ways to help you relax. I am always interested in psychodynamic work - looking deeper to understand your patterns and why you do things that you sometimes don't understand. I believe that is the best way to tackle persistent problems and achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I bring compassion and curiosity to every encounter. You are the expert on yourself and you already have skills and tools that are enormously valuable. I'm here to help you understand yourself, use your strengths, and bring a different perspective to your challenges.
