Great to meet you!

As a creative arts therapist and artist, it is important to me for therapy sessions to feel dynamic and connecting. I am so excited to collaborate with you on your goals in therapy!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is affirming and collaborative. I love getting to know all the intersections of my clients' lives through verbal dialogue and/or art making. It is important my clients know that all their different parts are welcome and bring value to our work together.

I work from strengths-based, client-centered, identity affirming and trauma-informed lenses. I tend to use art therapy, internal family systems, supportive therapy, somatic awareness and mindfulness as interventions.

What you can expect from our first session

I prioritize meeting my clients where they are at, while making space for what they want to move toward.

I view therapy sessions as alive. They move, grow and change; they should be nurtured and adapted with. We will start by building safety and trust in our therapeutic relationship and then build a plan catered to your needs and goals.
