Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holder of a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate, I take a holistic approach towards reproductive mental health. I combine my clinical knowledge and lived experience to therapeutically support individuals and couples during their family planning efforts. This can include supporting you to navigate fertility challenges, process a loss and trauma, and during your perinatal and postpartum stages. Learn more at www.mulberrytherapeutic.com

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Narrative and mindfulness-based techniques. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your emotions, share your experiences, and develop effective coping strategies that promote lasting emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I create a non-judgmental space for you to share your story, explore your feelings, and the impact of your experience. Together, we'll work on empowering your inner strength, and developing effective tools and strategies to support you during this time.
