Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holder of a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate, I take a holistic approach towards reproductive mental health. I combine my clinical knowledge and lived experience to therapeutically support individuals and couples during their family planning efforts. This can include supporting you to navigate fertility challenges, process a loss and trauma, and during your perinatal and postpartum stages. Learn more at www.mulberrytherapeutic.com

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our therapeutic journey together, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as Narrative and mindfulness techniques. My focus is on creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your feelings, share your experiences, and develop coping strategies to foster emotional well-being throughout this transformative process.

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy, I create a non-judgmental space for you to share your story, explore your feelings, and the impact of your experience. Together, we'll work on empowering your inner strength, and developing effective tools and strategies to support you during this time.
