Great to meet you!

Prior to starting private practice, I worked in indigent and community mental health spaces. This experience reinforced how interrelated all aspects of the community are--from education, to housing, to the criminal justice system. This perspective allows me to view the larger picture and better understand how my client's circumstances affect their mental health currently. I specialize in supporting those with restrictive eating disorders, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I offer a welcoming, non-religious, and affirming space to explore your inner self. As a person that has experienced disordered eating in the past, it is important to me to approach every client, no matter where they are in their journey, with the genuineness and compassion. I utilize a combination of somatics and DBT as my first-line interventions.

What you can expect from me

My hope is for clients to learn more about themselves and begin living life to their standards. Although therapy can uncover challenging feelings and beliefs, my approach is gentle, and my clients can be confident that I will be by their side, supporting them throughout the journey.
