Great to meet you!

I consider being a therapist a great privilege and honor. Working through pain and difficulty is never easy, and I have a high respect for those who have decided to courageously face life's challenges. I truly believe that people have a unique set of strengths and gifts inherent within them. Sometimes, they can be hard to see because of past experiences or a present issue. My goal is to walk alongside and support you, offering a safe place to heal, grow, and discover your true center.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer clinical mental health counseling, with an emphasis on spiritual issues (as needed). I have been trained and received certifications in EMDR, CBT, spiritual and trauma-informed care, as well as motivational interviewing. I often utilize humor and expressive arts within therapy, tailoring our work together towards your own unique way of processing.

What you can expect from our first session

I specialize in spiritual integration and religious based trauma across many faiths. I particularly love working with clients at the intersection between spirituality, culture, and mental health. I create a warm, compassionate space for us to explore what is meaningful to you with open hands. As Ram Dass says, "we are all just walking each other home."
