Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-focused and ADHD-informed care. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-informed care, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to provide individualized, client-centered treatment. I work with individuals, couples, and families, welcoming clients from all backgrounds through kink-allied, LGBTQIA+-affirming, culturally responsive, and trans-affirming care. My approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients build practical skills, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically, explore challenges without judgment, and work toward changes that feel meaningful to you. I draw from CBT, trauma-informed approaches, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, adapting these approaches to each client's needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. My clinical focus includes trauma recovery and adult ADHD, with an emphasis on understanding patterns, developing practical coping strategies, and building on existing strengths. I aim to foster an environment that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of each person's experiences, identity, and values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring what you hope to gain from the process. We'll talk about your experiences, current concerns, and goals while creating space for you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet; we'll work together to identify priorities and explore approaches that best support your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a better sense of what working together might look like.
