Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Couples & Family Therapist and the founder of a virtual private practice serving clients in Washington and Idaho. My background is rooted in systems theory, which means I consider how family, cultural, and social dynamics shape your experiences and well-being. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and stress or anxiety. My work is grounded in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I work from a systemic lens, helping you understand how different aspects of your environment and relationships influence how you show up in your life. Therapy with me focuses on building awareness, exploring patterns, and developing practical tools that support both insight and action. I prioritize empowerment, curiosity, and care, with the goal of helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where we begin to understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and any relevant background to help guide our work together. I also focus on making sure you feel comfortable with the process and have space to ask questions. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying initial areas of focus and outline a direction that feels aligned with what you’re hoping to achieve.
