I am a double board-certified mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner working predominantly with individuals ages 18-65. I hold master's degrees from Pace University. As both an advanced practice nurse and a psychiatric nurse at heart, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including inpatient care ( NewYork-Presbyterian), outpatient services and teaching future advanced practice nurses. Currently, I provide only telehealth services at this time but in-person in the near future.

I approach my patients with warmth, empathy and an open mind. In addition to medication management, I like to incorporate alternative coping strategies, holistic practices and create a strategic plan alongside you that is comfortable and sustainable.

Our first session together will go over previous history and explore what is happening currently in your life that has brought us together.

We then create a plan together that best suits you and your life, whether its medication treatment to help reduce symptoms, improve functioning, and enhance your overall well-being. My ultimate goal is to strive to use the least amount of medication necessary to achieve your desired outcome and regularly evaluate the effectiveness.

I provide education on your medication choices and address any questions or concerns you may have. Lets begin this journey together.
