Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My foundation in social work means I see each client within the context of their environment, relationships, and personal history—not just as a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.

You may be navigating a season of loss—whether through the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a shift in identity. You’re someone who feels the weight of this transition deeply, and while you may be functioning on the outside, inside you’re overwhelmed, numb, or unsure of who you are now. If you’re feeling stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming, I’m here to help you bridge that space with compassion, clarity, and care.

My approach is grounded in both personal conviction and the core values of the social work profession. I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of every person. Your story matters, your struggles are valid, and your healing deserves care and respect.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should meet you where you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented, focusing on the whole person rather than just a diagnosis. Using evidence-based methods such as CBT, CPT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions while building practical skills and confidence. As a social worker, I also recognize the impact of life circumstances and can help connect clients with resources that support their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and for me to learn more about what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, and the goals you would like to work toward. I will also ask questions about different areas of your life to gain a better understanding of your experiences, strengths, and support systems. This session allows us to determine how we can best work together and begin identifying priorities for treatment. There is no expectation to share everything at once; we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we begin the therapeutic process.
