Great to meet you!

If you struggle to feel heard and understood, know that you don't have to figure it out all on your own. When dealing with major life changes, grief and other challenges, I walk alongside clients on their journeys, giving them the space to explore and acknowledge their pain in order to move toward a place of peace. As a licensed counselor, I have focused my career on helping my clients to make their journeys ones of meaning and connection.

My approach to therapy

Supporting clients through life's most challenging moments, I offer a refuge to process loss, heal from trauma and rediscover hope. I can incorporate EMDR, a research-backed approach that can reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories and foster resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, collaborative environment that honors your unique experience and goals. We'll work at your pace to foster positive change in order to experience healing. I look forward to working together on your journey toward self-compassion and empowerment.
