Great to meet you!

Understanding human pain and trauma is just who I am! As an independently licensed mental health therapist, my passion is helping others navigate their experiences, stories, and issues with empathy, to a place of peace and acceptance. I've been able to work with clients suffering from all kinds of mental health issues, with a dedicated focus to trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD. The burdens we carry around with us from our past, do not have to infiltrate the happiness of today.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a person-centered, strengths based approach. My hope is to help my clients feel heard, understood, validated, and leaving each session feeling a little more empowered. My focus is to teach the skills clients need to cope with the adversities, trauma and grief that everyone encounters in life. My passion is aiding clients in discovering the strengths that are born out of adversity in order to celebrate them, and use them to fuel their own passions.

What you can expect from our first session

My top priorities are focusing on the individuality and strengths of each client in a welcoming and safe environment. Authenticity is a superpower! It is a top priority for me as a clinician, as well as something I aid clients in discovering in themselves. Judgment has no place inside me or in my clinical work. I want to hear your stories, what makes you who you are, and what you hope to gain from our time together.
