Great to meet you!

My name is Sarah Parker. I am a South Carolina native and live locally with my husband and son. I have always had a passion for helping others and enjoy partnering with individuals, couples, and families to work towards healing, restoration, and peace. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I would love to help you work through the things in life that are keeping you from living the life you were made to live.

I am trained and can integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) into my clinical sessions to help you process and heal from distressing experiences. I want to meet you where you are in life and listen to what your hopes from therapy are. Together, we can establish goals that are helpful and target the most important needs you have.

My approach to therapy

I would love to help you live the life that you were meant to live. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction can be all-consuming. My sessions are a judgement free space designed to be peaceful and encouraging.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know each other and gathering information to ensure that I am the best fit for what you are looking for. We will establish some goals for counseling and set up a treatment plan. This first session is also a great opportunity for me to answer any questions that you have about the counseling process.
