Great to meet you!

If you're a woman who knows something feels off but can't quite name what it is, you're in the right place. I work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, OCD, infertility, trauma, and the particular stress that comes with motherhood and all its transitions. I also work with couples across all relationship structures, including open and polyamorous relationships, and those conversations are some of the most meaningful work I do. Before opening Wild Fig and Co. Counseling, I had a career in nonprofit and corporate healthcare, and that background gives me a grounded, real-world perspective I bring into every session.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can be both gritty and funny, both poignant and silly. We'll find the space between the hard emotional work and practical problem solving, because both matter. Sessions aren't scripted and neither is your progress. If you have clear goals and a sense of what feeling better looks like, great. If you have no idea what better would even mean right now, that's also completely fine. You don't need answers to walk in the door.

What you can expect from me

We pack a lot into the first session: introductions, what brought you in, and what you're hoping to get out of this. I strive to create a place where you can say what's actually on your mind. I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth, so you can choose whatever format works best for your life. If you're ready to take that step, I'd love to connect.
