Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed therapist who is down to earth, warm, and believes healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I help adults who are tired of overthinking, overgiving, or carrying trauma that isn’t theirs to carry. My sessions feel more like conversations than clinical checklists, and I’m all about creating a space where you can be fully yourself (messy parts and all). If you’re looking for someone who gets it, can hold the hard stuff, and maybe even make you laugh along the way. I'm your person. You don’t have to do this alone, and you’re not too much.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel safe enough to be honest—with me and with yourself. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, REBT, and narrative therapy to help you make sense of your experiences and build healthier patterns that actually work for your life. Sessions with me are a mix of curiosity, clarity, and intentional challenges—because growth doesn't come from comfort alone. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you as you heal, explore, and reconnect with who you truly are. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing you down and make space for something lighter.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave sessions feeling a little more clear, a little more seen, and a lot more equipped to handle life. Whether we’re untangling anxious thoughts, unpacking family dynamics, or celebrating wins -big and small-, you’ll always leave with something meaningful. My clients often say they feel lighter. Even when we’ve talked about the heavy stuff. We laugh, we reflect, and we get real. Therapy with me is about building insight and emotional muscle, so you can feel more confident navigating whatever comes your way.
