Great to meet you!

Welcome! It is my passion to help those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, & life transitions. I specialize working with survivors of childhood trauma & recent traumatic events, sexual abuse survivors, along with first-responders, healthcare professionals, & the general population (young adults, women, men). My goal is to help clients enhance resilience, develop post-traumatic wisdom, heal attachment wounds, break unhealthy patterns, & regulate dysregulated nervous systems.

My approach to therapy

I provide a variety of trauma-informed tools & techniques from EMDR, CBT, ACT, & Polyvagal Theory, all interwoven with theories of internal-parts, attachment-based, somatic, existential, strengths-based, psychodynamic, culturally-sensitive, & diverse holistic practices. My goal is to help clients gently strive for a healthy and adaptive resolution to their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Health and wellness help lead us to quality of life, and I hope to empower my clients to steer their own lives in that direction. Down-to-earth, compassionate and supportive, I do my best to meet each client where they are at and walk the path of healing together.
