Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Sarah Peace. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional well-being & personal growth.

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology & M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Georgian Court University. I'm certificated in Reality Therapy and Autism. I work with clients of all ages facing challenges related to ADHD, Anxiety, Anger issues, OCD, Depression, Grief-related issues, care giver's fatigue, job transitions, and self esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in client-centered counseling, where I prioritize building a strong and compassionate therapeutic alliance. I believe that each person is unique, and tailor my treatment strategies to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. I am empathetic, non-judgmental, and deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a firm believer in identifying and building upon an individual's strengths. By emphasizing and developing these strengths, I work collaboratively with clients to empower them to navigate life's challenges more effectively. My goal is to help clients discover their resiliency and recognize their inner resources, enabling them to cope with difficulties and find inner peace throughout their life's journey.
