Great to meet you!

I enjoy providing therapy and supporting people of all ages reach their mental health goals. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington after spending years working in public education. I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as working with children and young adults to build healthy coping skills for this ever stressful world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very client centered. I enjoy working with clients to set goals and support them in achieving them. When working with children, I include short games and activities for engagement and play as part of the healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients experience a sense of support, validation, and confidence in their own ability to navigate their mental health struggles. In sessions, we will work to build a toolbox of healthy habits, coping skills, communication and expression of emotions to strengthen personal resilience.
