Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a therapist licensed in Colorado and Illinois, working with adults from diverse cultures, identities, and lived experiences. I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds, and I strive to create a space where everyone feels seen and supported. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and multicultural clients who may feel underrepresented in therapeutic spaces. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and navigating life’s many stressors.

My approach to therapy

I help people reconnect and find balance in themselves. My goal is to offer you a compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your inner world and helping your body find its way back to calm. I draw from CBT, DBT, ego-states, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic therapy—tailoring our work to what feels right for you.

No matter what brings you here, you are welcome to come exactly as you are. Healing doesn’t require perfection—just a willingness to begin.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we will collaborate to establish goals to guide us in the course of treatment. My goal is to offer you a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your inner world and helping your body find its way back to calm.
