Like many of my clients, I have faced and worked through my own trauma. This personal experience allows me to connect on a deeper level and approach therapy from a place of empathy and understanding. I believe that healing is possible when we feel seen, heard, and supported in a nonjudgmental space. In our work together, I will help you identify the emotional pain that’s holding you back, clarify your personal goals, and develop a treatment plan that is both practical and meaningful. I’m not the kind of therapist who just hands you a coping skill and expects it to work. I’ll walk you through the why behind each tool, offering psychoeducation to help you better understand how your mind and body function. When we understand what’s happening internally, we’re better equipped to create lasting change, much like a mechanic needs to understand a vehicle to fix it effectively.
