Great to meet you!

Having a warm and caring connection with a therapist can help you through times of transition, stress, and uncertainty. I am here to support you by providing effective, evidence-based therapy in a comfortable setting. My areas of expertise include assisting clients who are dealing with a difficult transition, mood disorders, or neurodiversity. I will work with you to identify your goals and needs.

My approach to therapy

I draw from several evidenced-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help my clients learn tools for coping and problem solving. You know yourself best. Together, we will identify what may help with your particular situation.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist is important in helping you to reach your goals. I would love to talk to you further and find out if I’m the right person to help you achieve decreased anxiety, stronger connections with your own values, and a greater sense of well being.
