Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and major life transitions. I have provided therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, including persistent worry, overthinking, and difficulty managing stress or uncertainty. My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and collaborative, combining practical coping strategies with support and understanding.

My approach to therapy

Depending on your needs, our work may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Many clients notice that over time they feel more grounded, better able to manage anxiety, and more connected to their values and sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what challenges you're experiencing and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. You'll also have a chance to ask me any questions you may have about the therapy process.
