Great to meet you!

I’m Sarah, and I received my Master of Social Work in 2010 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I offer supportive individual psychodynamic psychotherapy online to adults (18+) residing in Washington, DC and outside of the US who are interested in cultivating more awareness and insight into their daily lives, behaviors, and thought patterns. I specialize in adjustment issues, relationships, and depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy work with all humans across the lifespan, sexuality and gender spectrum on issues ranging from life transitions to relationship issues, identity formation, and grief. My counseling style is open, honest, expressive, warm, empathic, strengths-based, and nonjudgmental.

I support you where you are and where you wish to be.

What you can expect from me

I like to create an environment of openness to be able to express any and everything that comes up in the process of therapy.
